Everyone recycles bigger plastics because there's obvious money in it, but 4 oz sodas and juices and smaller, nobody really cares about or takes regularly, and that's where most of that crap is coming from. Here in Montclair New Jersey, the high school walks up the street for lunch, such as quikchek, bagel store, pizza resturants etc. On the way back, there are water drainers that have a little picture of a fish in water that say "do not throw trash in drainers"
